HONG KONG – Here are some facts you probably don’t know yet about one of the most popular travel destinations – the Hong Kong.
Considered as one of the most populated, this place seems so small with over 7 million people in it. But despite of its population, Hong Kong is considered as Asia’s World City with those skyscrapers and towers blending in with ethnic cultures and native cuisines.
Not only that, HK also has a numerous luxurious brand outlets which is a paradise for every shopper. And every year, a lot of tourists go there for a vacation.
Now, here are some facts about HK:
- It is an autonomous territory called “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China”.
- It is where Tsing Ma Bridge is located the longest road and rail suspension bridge in the world measuring 1,377 meters.
- The language there is Chinese where Cantonese is more common than Mandarin and English because it was formerly a British colony which was later on returned to China in 1997.

- Hongkongers’ IQ on average is at the level of 107 which considered a very intelligent and highest in the world.
