There are only a few days left before the much-awaited fight of Manny Pacquaio and Keith Thurman at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Manny’s whole family including his Mommy Dionisia is already in the United States to support his fight.
The American boxer bet $10,000 on himself to knock out the Filipino boxer on the second round of the fight.
Keith Thurman confessed that he always dreamed of fighting Manny Pacquiao in the boxing ring. He said Pacman’s career in boxing has ended.
“Times changed, I believe boxing has come to a new era… I’m doing to Manny Pacquiao what he did to Oscar De La Hoya,” he said.
Manny Pacquiao reacted to the statement of the younger fighter. He said he’s not done with boxing and will prove it in their upcoming fight.
“My time is not yet over. My journey will continue. That’s what I want to prove on July 20,” he said.
ABS-CBN reporter TJ Manotoc shared the official fight poster for the Pacquiao versus Thurman fight and the actual shoes Pacman will wear on the fight night.
Anta shoes of the Filipino boxer has the Philippine flag design with “Jesus the name of the Lord” written on it.
China made sportswear replaced Nike as the official outfitter of the Pinoy boxing champion.
A Twitter user behind @DaalCJ_Official expressed his support for the People’s Champ on ABS-CBN’s post.
