The current administration’s main objective is to eradicate drug use and illegal trades in the country. The president has clearly stated his stand for hi campaign against illegal drugs since he got into position.

Many critics have been scrutinizing the ways the current administration is dealing with drugs.

There are also a lot of people who stand against the alleged violent encounters to pursue the campaign vs illegal drugs.

Although many alleged violent encounters have appeared on social media sites and reported on news outlets, some people are still willing to take risks.

In a school in Antipolo, Rizal, a grade 9 student apparently found means to make money by selling illegal drugs. Although prohibited, this young man kept on his illegal business and was eventually apprehended.

The male student was caught this Tuesday.

According to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, the 18 year old student Wesley Manalili, developed a ‘modus’ of selling drugs to his classmates.

He reportedly used his student status to sell drugs to other students.

When the police caught him, he was still in his uniform.

It was not stated whether the young man would be subjected to serve some time in jail or undergo disciplinary actions and counseling.

But surely, there would be consequences that are just and with accordance to the state’s law.

The popularity of drug use in young people might be attributed to foreign pop culture where drugs are normalized in films and other videos.

This is according to an article from ABS CBN News.

To avoid the same problems in the future, it is recommended that parents monitor their children’s activities and children should learn to turn down drugs.

That is all there is to it, at least for now. We’ll post updates as soon as we got them.
