Illegal Substance Supplier Slain In Calamba Buy-Bust

CALAMBA – The main supplier of illegal substance in Calamba City, Laguna was slain in a buy-bust operation.

One of the main focus of President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration is the elimination of narcotics in the Philippines.

The 74-year-old chief executive disregard the critics saying his “drug war” caused countless deaths in the country.

President Duterte has been vocal about his anguish about the people who are using and selling the illegal substance.

Based on a report from ABS-CBN, the president admitted that lots of poor Filipinos were slain in his campaign.

He explained that those people easily die because they have nowhere else to hide. Unlike the rich people who are using the illegal substance, they hide in their yacht or huge houses.

There will be no users if there are no suppliers. The Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) focus on arresting the suppliers of illegal substance.

Recently, the main source of illegal substance in Calamba City in Laguna was killed on a buy-bust operation.

According to the report, PNP Chief of Calamba Lt. Col. Jack Malinao said the suspect Marco Magnaye A.K.A. “Angko” was declared dead on arrival at the JP Hospital.

The buy-bust operation was initiated at dawn on Wednesday at Barangay Bucal. The supplier immediately draws his gun as soon as he noticed that he was having a transaction with a police officer.

The cops were quick to respond, called their back-up then shot the suspect.

Based on the report, the drug surrenders at Barangay Pansol and Bucal point Marco Magnaye as their main supplier said Malinao.

The police confiscated 25 grams of illegal drugs worth P100,000 and a .38 from the suspect.
