What is the reason behind stuttering and unfinished answer of Vickie Rushton during the pageant?

VICKIE RUSHTON – The Negros Occidental candidate Vickie Rushton in Bb. Pilipinas 2019 failed to bag a title after failing to give a flawless answer during the pageants Q&A portion.

The Binibining Pilipinas 2019 candidate representing the Negros Occidental Vickie Rushton, is undeniably among the women who stood out in the competition in her second to join the pageant.

She bagged special awards such as Miss Ever Bilena, Jag Denim Queen, Manila Bulletin Award, Miss Creamsilk, Miss World Balance, and Bb. Poten Cee Gandang Palaban.

However, during the final question and answer portion of the pageant, the moment it was her turn, he was asked by judge Daniel Padilla with this question, “Why is mental health as important as physical health?”

With the obvious nervousness and the eratic movement of her eyes, people can already feel the tension and the panic with Vickie. She went stuttering but still managed to quip, “Mental health is as important as physical health because of out inner being. Having self-love is important and as a woman I can inspire and empower people to take care of themselves, to take care of their mind as well as their health. Because they will be as affective… Sorry.”

Now, according to PEP, even Vickie herself admits that she wasted the chance as she knows to herself she could do better than that. Also, she got “stuttery” because accordingly, someone from the audience was making face at her making distractions while she was answering.

“Nasayangan ako. I know kung ano ang sasabihin ko, pero may nag-distract sa akin sa audience. May tumayo at nag-make face,” she explained.
