Bam Aquino’s Performance Garnered Great Result In These Vote-rich Areas
BAM AQUINO – Reelectionist senatorial candidate Bam Aquino had great results from the top provinces with the most number of voters.
Last Monday (May 13, 2019), the nationwide elections were conducted. Shortly after, partially counted unofficial results have been released and updated constantly.
In the senatorial race, Sen. Bam Aquino’s votes played around the 11-14th rank mostly. In the same ranks were fellow candidates Bong Revilla, JV Ejercito and Nancy Binay.
Although Bam Aquino has not secured a seat in the senatorial elections, he reportedly did great in several areas, specifically the top provinces where the most number of voters are.
This was concluded after the analysis of the partial unofficial results released by the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting or PPCRV.
Some of the top provinces with the most voters are:
- Cebu – 3,082,621 voters
- Cavite – 2,148,899 voters
- Pangasinan – 1,946,682 voters
- Laguna – 1,903,107 voters
- Negros Occidental – 1,889,200 voters
These provinces are considered the top five provinces with regards to voter population.
Out of these five provinces, Aquino only landed outside the winning magic 12 in Cavite where he ended up in the 13th rank.
However, he still garnered 194,903 votes from the province.
Caviteños’ top picks for the senatorial race were Aquinos’ fellow reelectionists, including Cynthia Villar who gained 898,346 votes, Grace Poe with 815,34 and Francis Tolentino with 755,596. (Francis Tolentino was the former political adviser of the president)

Meanwhile, 662,682 voters picked Bam Aquino in Cebu results. He also gained 498,155 votes in Pangasinan, 195,278 in Laguna and 561,106 in Negros Occidental provinces.
Overall, in PPCRV’s partial unofficial results released on Friday 5:04pm, Aquino was still in the 14th rank with 14,057,042 votes.
