The “bangayan” of Abby Binay and Junjun Binay caught on video
Politician siblings Abby Binay and Junjun Binay had a “bangayan” inside a church and this was caught on video and netizens expressed various reactions.
The Binay family is a well-known political clan in Makati. Jejomar Binay was also a mayor of the city before he became the Vice President.
Junjun also held the same position, after him, Abby won as Makati City mayor.
However, for the 2019 midterm election Abby and Junjun are competing against each other for mayoralty position.
During the filing of certificate of candidacy, the siblings were already throwing mud to each other.
Based on the article from PEP, the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) of San Ildefonso Parish organized an election forum last April 27.
Netizen Kiezel Ann Panganiban was able to capture the “bangayan” between the two siblings.
It can be seen in the videos that Abby Binay and Junjun Binay were already shouting to each other as they stressed out their sides.
Abby Binay said that her opponent should stop creating malicious stories about her and her husband. There was a point in the video that Junjun Binay sarcastically bowed to his older sister.
Their argument just stopped when their father approached them.
