THESE – This pronoun is used to indicate plural nouns that are close to the speaker.
- These marbles were given to me by the kid.
- These pancakes were cooked for you.
- These are the prizes I got from the birthday party.
THOSE – This pronoun is used to indicate plural nouns that are far from the speaker.
- Those beautiful flowers are quite expensive.
- Those photos were taken during our Baguio vacation.
- Those notebooks will be distributed tomorrow.
