Recently, Raffy Tulfo had a guest named Valerie who is a nurse at the Makati City Hall under the Department of Risk Reduction and Management Office which is headed by Richard Raymund Rodriguez.

Valerie said an employee could only sign a Memorandum Receipt if the price was not more than her salary. That is the reason why she doubted signing it.

Raffy Tulfo asked her if she inquired why she was asked to sign on that huge amount.

“Noon pa po kasi alam ko nap o talaga na kapag regular employee ka daw po sa City Government of Makati, binibigyan ka po talaga nila ng responsibility na i-MR yung mga binibili nila,” she answered.

The nurse also confessed to Raffy Tulfo that she previously signed an MR for the chainsaw that priced P300,000 and an ambulance worth of P2,800,000.

Her mother said she failed to try to make an appointment with Mayor Abigail Binay. She said the mayor is an ally of Rodriguez.
