HEALTH TIPS – Here are some health tips from a doctor when you are experiencing difficulty in breathing just like what happened to Chokoleit before succumbing to death.

On his last performance, despite the obvious suffering of the comedian Chokoleit while on stage as he breathed heavily and having difficulty, he was still able to went on and finish his stint. Right after, he was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately, he did not made it.

He died at the age of 46 due to pulmonary edema and heart attack according to his physician Dr. Rosauro Seares. The entertainment industry is grieving over great loss. A lot of people got shocked and saddened over the news. The turn of events were unexpected and so sudden.

In connection to this, based on a report from PhilStar, physician Deborah Ona, Secretary of the Philippine Society of Hypertension reminded some significant tips to people.

When one is having difficulty in breathing or experiencing other symptoms such as irregular heartbeat; pounding in one’s chest, neck and ear; and high blood pressure, it is strongly suggested by her to have yourself check and seek medical attention.Those are accordingly signs of hypertension to which she described as “walking time bomb”.

“Hypertension or high blood pressure is a walking time bomb because most of the patients don’t really have symptoms. Some of them develop symptoms and they are in the emergency room already, they have a stroke or heart attack because they don’t know what their BP is,” says the doctor based on the report.

Further more, she stressed that the HIGHER THE BLOOD PRESSURE, THE HIGHER THE RISK OF DYING.
