Norly Rafael Defended by Lady Witness Over Kidnapping Accusations
A lady witness belied the kidnapper accusation against serenading man Norly Rafael for allegedly trying to abduct young children.
Previously, the police authorities arrest Norly Rafael of Caloocan City after he was linked to five cases and attempting child kidnapping.
The authorities were accusing Rafael of abducting children in Purok 10, Riverside, Barangay Commonwealth.
Norly Rafael is a construction worker who usually brings a guitar to serenade houses in exchange of a certain amount of cash.
Several complainants were also accusing the serenading man as kidnapper trying to abduct minors in different places.
The police officials said that the suspect was mauled by the residents and brought to the barangay hall before calling the NCRPO-Regional Special Operations Unit (RSOU).
Rafael is facing kidnapping charges and detained at NCRPO-RSOU detention facility.
Recently, a Facebook user named Ella Mendoza II revealed the true personality of the accused and belied the kidnapping accusations against him.
Mendoza was claiming that she witnessed the determination of Rafael to provide the necessities of his children.
