KRISTOFER KING FUNERAL COSTS – The late actor Kristofer King’s funeral costs shouldered by Coco Martin and FPJAP actor issued check with this amount.
Indie film star Kristofer King dies on Saturday night, February 23, 2019 due complications because of diabetes. And right then, the family of the actor appealed and asked help from his co-actor Coco Martin.
King and Martin have worked together in Masahista (2005), Slingshot (2007), Serbis (2008), Captive (2012), and Alpha: The Right To Kill (2018). While his last television appearance were in Ang Probinsyano (ABS-CBN), The Stepdaughters (GMA-7), and Inday Will Always Love You(GMA-7).
And just recently, Ang Probinsyano star Coco Martin visited the wake of his co-actor and talked with his wife. He sent flowers for the late actor and also told his partner Nikki to shoulder the funeral costs.
“Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko. Tuwang-tuwa ako… Andito na siya sa harap ng kabaong ng asawa ko. Tinatanong na niya ako, ‘Magkano lahat ang babayaran? Ano ang nangyari? Bakit namatay siya? Bakit biglaan?’ Sinabi ko naman lahat-lahat sa kanya,” Nikki shared.
Here’s the breakdown of some of the costs that the late actor’s wife needs to pay according to PEP:
- Hospital Bill – Php 80,000.00
- Coffin – Php 55,000.00
- Flowers – Php 7,000
- Chapel for his wake – Php 4,000.00/night x 7 (nights) = Php 28,000.00
There are among other things that needs to be covered. And after visiting, Coco Martin immediately issued a check amounting Php 230,000.00 which is definitely a great help for the family of the late Kristopher King.
