Drug Suspects Using Bible in Illegal Drug Activities Arrested
Several arrested drug suspects are using Bible on their illegal activities particularly in the proliferation of illegal drugs.
Some drug suspects got arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Molino III for possessing illegal drugs and paraphernalia worth P140,000.
The alleged drug users and pushers even used the Holy Bible in proliferation of illegal drugs and transactions.
Bacoor Police Superintendent Vic Cabatingan said that the suspects were using the Holy Bible on their illegal activities.
The criminals were placing the illegal drugs inside the Holy Book pretending that they would attend a Bible study.
One of the suspect identified as Arnel Escobar admit the crime but denied that he was a ‘big-time pusher’ in the area.
Escobar explained that he was only a runner using Bible as his props in illegal drug proliferations.
Arnel is only one of the suspects arrested by the authorities involved in proliferation of illegal drugs in the city.
The authorities said that they would conduct a follow-up operation to arrests the other drug personalities.
