Aquino versus Falcis, two personalities to finally face each other on court.
AQUINO Versus FALCIS – The feud of Kris Aquino and KCAP’s former managing director Nicko Falcis to finally be heard in court.
Social media influencer Kris Aquino is currently under hot waters over controversial issues with her former managing director Nicko Falcis whom she accused of stealing from her production company worth more than a million for his personal use.
Since then, the Falcis brothers started attacking her with intriguing issues and revelations which includes: the death threats in a recorded phone conversation, confidential documents about her health condition, her friendship with Boy Abunda, the bullying issue, and among others. They refused to be her “victim” and in firm stand to end this “#Krisis”.
Initially, Aquino filed 44 counts of theft against Falcis and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act or Republic Act 8484 at the Department of Justice last November 2018. And several months after, particularly January 2019, Falcis filed 2 counts of grave threats complaints against actress and entrepreneur.
And now, in an Instagram post, the two controversial personalities are finally seeing each other as their cases will finally be heard in court. Aquino says in a post, “They TRIED but i didn’t allow them to destroy my heart… because after all the STRONGEST HEARTS already possess the most scars… and on Friday, February 22, 2019, in QC RTC, FINALLY… GOOD NIGHT, shoot tomorrow with my Ate & Bimb.”
