KRIS AQUINO GRAVE THREATS – The Falcis Brother finally filed 2 counts of grave threats complaints against actress and entrepreneur Kris Aquino.
After the theft complaint and libel cases filed by Kris Aquino against the Falcis brothers, Nicko and Jesus, respectively, it was now the time of the Falcis siblings to file complaints of two counts of grave threats against her. This is punishable by 40 years of imprisonment.
It was late Friday afternoon when Nicko and Jesus filed the complaints at the Office of the City Prosecutor of Quezon City. This is after the audio recording has surfaced where the woman’s voice was admitted by Kris as hers saying threats to Nicko and after she challenged them to file a case against her.
In their complaint, the crime was allegedly committed on September 27 last year where “respondent Kris Aquino threatened to commit murder..should Nicko Falcis return to the Philippines”.
The caption of the lawyer’s Instagram post says, “Growing up as gay people, we were bullied but we have always stood up against our bullies. This is no exception. A death threat is a death threat. We have to protect our life and security from the crazy rich and powerful.”
