Nicko Falcis reveals more “resibo” against Kris Aquino.
NICKO FALCIS – Former KCAP’s managing director Nicko Falcis continues to attack Kris Aquino by revealing more “resibos” including Php 500,000.00+ HK expenses.
As previously reported, Kris Aquino filed 44 counts of theft against Nicardo M. Falcis II. She accused him of stealing an amount of ₱1,270,980.31 from the KCAP’s credit card for his personal uses. Accordingly, there were purchases like 95 cups of coffee and cosmetic products from Mac worth ₱99,200.
Moreover, Falcis returned a check worth ₱437,595.67 short of ₱833,384.64 but the KCAP’s former managing director denied that the amount he returned was “admission against interest“.
And now, Nicko revealed more “resibos” including Hong Kong Trip expenses that reached P551,700.59 for a series for her online webisodes. The expenses with Kris Aquino’s consent included plane tickets and hotel accommodations for her 17-man entourage, in the restaurants they all ate in such as Cheesecake Factory and Delicious Kitchen.
He still firmly insisted that what happens are all just because of the manipulation of Kris Aquino when she accordingly knew he would be leaving. He said that “she immediately manipulated all of us and built a baseless theft case to bully, intimidate and coerce me and my family into silence.”
In the post, Nicko has written and stated:
THERE IS NO QUALIFIED THEFT, NOTHING WAS STOLEN. ALL THE ELEMENTS OF QUALIFIED THEFT ARE CLEARLY ABSENT.
Case in Point: HONGKONG Expenses P551,700.59 are all HONGKONG Expenses to produce a series of her online webisodes (5Part Series of Sponsored Webisode for Cathay Pacific and Marco Polo Hotel and 2 Webisodes of her IFLIX Live Life with Kris).
He further indicated at the last part of his post, “No more bullying, let’s end this #Krisis as I continue to reveal the truth. You may have millions of followers but I choose to follow the truth.”
