Kris Aquino Challenge Falcis, Lambasts "Delaying Tactics" Of Other Party

KRIS AQUINO – The “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino breaks her silence and challenges Nicko Falcis to file a case against her following reported “delaying tactics” of the other party.

The feud of Aquino versus Falcis have started since last year following theft complaints filed by the “Queen Of All Media”. However, despite refuting the complaints about stealing, Nicko Falcis did not take any legal action yet to file a case against the actress after sending him death threats but instead, he has been attacking her through social media posts iterating what kind of a “bully” she is.

In a previous report, a source from Aquino’s firm have reportedly revealed as to where the P40-million money of the actress and entrepreneur go. Accordingly, it was invested by Nicko Falcis in a business in Thailand and despite being a trustee of her, Kris is still the “beneficial owner”.

And now, with the ongoing issue and accusations, Kris breaks her silence and left two questions as she challenged the accused to also file cases against her.

In a post, Kris Aquino has bravely said as she left two intriguing questions, “I will state the date SEPTEMBER 27, 2018. It is now JANUARY 15, 2019. 2 very straightforward questions- Why hasn’t Nicko Falcis filed a case of GRAVE THREATS against me with any prosecutor in October, November, and December 2018, or this 1st half of January 2019? 110 DAYS HAVE PASSED. I am ready to face whatever charges and vigorously defend myself in the court of law. 2nd question: BAKIT HANGGANG NGAYON AYAW SAGUTIN KUNG NASAAN ANG P40 MILLION INVESTMENT NA GALING SA TRUST FUND NG MGA ANAK KO?”

Furthermore, in a photo, Aquino has indicated, “My TRUTH doesn’t scare me. Please, do us all a favor. File charges against me. Unlike you, I’ll woman up and face all of them IMMEDIATELY.”
