Some people were forced to rob and steal their fellow countrymen just to earn a certain amount of cash in an instant.
However, the authorities are now implementing stricter rules and regulations to reduce the rate of criminality in the country.
Recently, the Facebook page “KUYANGSAKI Kwentong KABITEÑo Page” has uploaded the video footage of kind-hearted barangay captain giving rice and canned goods to a newly arrested suspect.
In the video, it can be seen that Kapitan Gary “Pis” Bacos of Bukandala 4, Imus, Cavite was packing rice and canned goods for a female thief.
Kap Gary was lecturing the lady suspect and giving her a lesson not to repeat her wrongdoings.
