Facebook deleted the account of Arnell Ignacio and here’s his reaction
Deputy Executive Director V at the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Arnell Ignacio was shocked when Facebook deleted his account.
The said social media platform had been taking down dubious accounts and unfortunately for Arnell, his account was included.
Arnell is known to be affiliated with the present administration and he is vocal in showing his support to the current president.
Just like any other showbiz personalities and politicians, he also uses his social media account to express his thoughts and opinion.
However, he can no longer use his Facebook account to share what on his mind.
Based on the report published on the site of Bandera, the FB account of Arnell Ignacio has been deleted.
The appointed government official was shocked to what Facebook did to his account.
“Biglang na-disable, hindi na ako nase-search. Kaya ako ay nagugulat kung ano’ng nangyari sa…Tapos noong una kasi blocked lang,” he said .
Arnell added that he tried to open his account once again last January 1 but he was told that the decision was final.
“Doon ako na-shock. Wala naman akong naisip na matinding violation. Usually, kung may violation hindi ba wawarningan ka lang,” the OWWA official said.
Arnell said this when asked about his last post:
“Basta ang huli kong posts ay tungkol lang sa akin yun, eh. Ang pinakanaalala ko siyempre magpo-post ako tungkol kay Leni (Robredo). May lumabas lang sa feed ko na nakalagay ‘yung Miss Universe Miss Useless. Hindi naman ako hindi naman galing sa akin ‘yun, eh. Natawa lang ako kaya shinare ko. ‘You work hard for this?’ Hindi ko rin alam kung iyon ‘yung ano. Wala kasi akong maisip na pinost ko na…”
Despite what happened, the comedian is still hoping that he could recover his FB account.
He said that he has years of memories on his account and is shocking that Facebook deleted it, based on the report.
