Is Vice Ganda Planning To Run For Philippines’ President?
VICE GANDA – It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda revealed the possibility that he’ll run for Philippine’ president.
Filipino actor, recording artist and comedian Vice Ganda is one of the hosts of the Kapamilya noontime show Its Showtime.
Vice hosted the variety show with some of the famous ABS-CBN stars like Anne Curtis, Jhong Hilario, and Karylle.
On the latest episode of Its Showtime, Vice Ganda and Jhong Hilario hosted the Miss Q&A segment and talked about politics.
Based on a report from PUSH, their topic started after the Phenomenal Star reckoned that Hilario was a counselor in Makati City.
He said that Hilario has a possibility to forget that he is also a politician aside from being an actor, dancer and host.
“Si Jhong naguguluhan na talaga siya kung anong imahe niya aktor siya, komedyante siya, dancer siya tapos mare-realize niya, ‘ay teka lang, politiko pala ako,” said Vice.
According to the report, Vice Ganda said that she will be running a President of the Philippines after two elections.
“Kakandidato talaga akong presidente ng Pilipinas, promise. Dalawang eleksyon pa, kakandidato ako presidente talaga agad.”
Vice Ganda joked that if the people would vote for her considering he’s not that serious kind of person, there must be something wrong with the Filipino people’s mind.
“Pag nanalo ako, isa lang ibig sabihin nu’n, sira-ulo talaga kayong lahat! Wala talagang kakuwenta-kuwenta ang mga bumuboto sa Pilipinas. ‘Pag nanalo pa naman ako talaga,” he said.
Vice Ganda revealed that there were political parties that asked him to join and run for senator.
“Maraming kumukuha nga sa akin, e. May kumuha sa aking partido (para) sa senador. ‘Sira-ulo ba kayo?’ Sabi, ‘Mananalo ka.’ ‘O, ngayon, ‘pag mananalo, tatakbo?”
Based on the report, Vice Ganda hilariously ended their topic that he was running his whole life and now very tired. He referred himself as a horse that is why he came up with that joke.
“Sabi ko, ‘Buong buhay ko tumatakbo na ako, pagod na pagod na ako ‘no.’ Itigil na natin, ngayon na nga lang ako nagpapahinga,” said Vice.
