Bea Alonzo Finally Speaks After Private Wedding Makes Headlines

This is what Bea Alonzo said when her wedding broke the news.

Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo is entirely embracing a new chapter in her life, and here’s what she recently said about it.

A day after actress Bea Alonzo and businessman Vincent Co tied the knot quietly, their wedding story broke the news. It was a private and intimate civil wedding that was held in Makati City Hall, in a small room at the Office of the Mayor, officiated by Makati Mayor Nancy Binay.

Bea and Vincent’s wedding was witnessed only by a handful of close friends and loved ones. Among the witnesses were Bea’s yaya, two common friends, and close friends/business partners Brina Secosana and Bea Secosana, as well as visual artist Pete Rich.

During her first public appearance after the wedding, she was introduced as Mrs. Bea Alonzo-Co and admitted that hearing her new name still feels unfamiliar. Bea said, “You know I’m not usually this… the first time I’m called ‘Mrs. Co’… I guess you have to get used to it.”

Despite the adjustments, she is completely embracing this new chapter in her life with a more exciting and more meaningful perspective.

She shared that there have been “a lot of moving parts,” but she remains grateful for everything happening in her life. She also described this new chapter as “exciting, happy, and full of surprises.”

When her wedding news went public, she was in the middle of a campaign shoot the day after their wedding. At that time, she said that nobody knew about the marriage yet, making her feel giddy because she was keeping a special secret.

She had hoped to keep that little secret a bit longer and learned from that experience that some of life’s most beautiful moments are those kept private.
