Latest Weather Updates in Philippines Released by PAGASA
The state weather bureau PAGASA released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country for today.
On Friday (December 14, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the possible weather condition.
PAGASA said that the northeast monsoon would continue to bring rains over some parts of the country.
The northeast monsoon would bring light to moderate rains in most parts of Luzon particularly in Metro Manila.
Amihan would also bring cloudy weather conditions with light to moderate rain over Northern and Central Luzon.
Warm weather with isolated thunderstorms is expected over Bicol region, Mindoro provinces and other areas in southern Luzon.
The temperatures in Luzon have slightly gone down because of the northeast wind effect in Luzon.
Fair weather is expected over Palawan and the Visayas except for isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Weather specialist Chris Perez reported that the Southern Mindanao would have cloudy weather conditions but a low-pressure area is not expected.
However, the weather bureau said that sea travel remains risky due to the northeast wind over northern Luzon, central and southern Luzon and the Eastern Visayas.
