Kris Aquino Filed Cases: 44 Counts Of Theft Against Nicardo M. Falcis II

Actress Kris Aquino filed cases against her former business partner.

KRIS AQUINO FILED CASES –  The media mogul Kris Aquino filed 44 counts of theft and violation of the Republic Act 8484 at the Department of Justice.

In a previous report, Kris Aquino has fearlessly declared war against someone she trusted the most when it comes to some of her businesses. It was someone who betrayed her but without giving a hint as to who it could be, netizens got curious about that certain person.

There were rumors that have surfaced that the traitor could be her business manager Nicko Falcis. This had taken a great toll on her health which made her seek further medical attention in Singapore and eventually finding out that she had an autoimmune disease Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria.

And now, breaking her silence and seeking justice for violating her and betraying her, the Queen of All Media finally opened up and filed 44 counts of qualified theft and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act or Republic Act 8484 at the Department of Justice against Nicardo M. Falcis II. Falcis was the one who managed her Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP) and Nacho Bimby.

According to a report from CNN, whopping amounts have been spent on personal uses without her consent. She had “complete trust and faith” in Falcis but she just found out that he used the KCAP card for over ₱1.27 million worth of personal expenses. The card has a ₱2-million limit meant for business purposes.

In the complaint, Aquino said, “In all, respondent had charged ₱1,270,980.31 to the KCAP Card for personal expenses without my consent. Prior to my discovery of these expenses and demand for their payment, respondent neither informed me about them nor undertook or made arrangements to settle them.”

There were purchases like 95 cups of coffee and cosmetic products from Mac worth ₱99,200 and the bills were delivered to her house. Falcis returned a check worth ₱437,595.67 to her home but it was short of ₱833,384.64 based on the report.

Falcis, however, left the country.
