How true is it that Diego Loyzaga was brought to a rehab center after he was confined in hospital due to suicide attempt?
Diego Loyzaga, allegedly, was brought to a rehab center from the hospital following his suicide attempt.
The name of the actor went controversial just recently when a blind item from TV 5 reporter Laila Chikadora surfaced online.
It was said that he was the young actor who attempted to kill himself using a Swiss knife.
Earlier reports said that he was rushed to the hospital. It seemed that Diego Loyzaga is not the only son of Cesar Montano who was associated with suicide. Christian Angelo Montano reportedly killed himself also back in 2010.
This incident was also associated to the revelation of the 23-year-old actor about his depressing times. Diego said that he gets depressed every time “Ber” months come.
It is because, this season was the time his grandfather, Teresa Loyzaga’s dad, died.
At the time of writing, the camp of the Los Bastardos actor has not released any statement yet regarding this issue.
On the other hand, a source close to the actor said that from St. Luke’s Hospital, he was brought to a rehabilitation center.
Based on the article published in Bandera, here is the statement from the source:
“Lumabas na si Diego (sa ospital), inilipat siya sa rehab at wala namang imik nu’ng sumakay siya (sa sasakyan). He was brought near in Cubao, malapit sa Chocolate Lover (bilihan ng raw materials for chocolates). Hanapin mo na lang ‘yung place.”
When it was checked if there is really a rehab center in that area, it was confirmed that there is one.
According to the article, that facility has strict rules regarding the privacy of their patients. It was also said that those who are allowed to visit are just family and relatives.
