Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach reacted to a “perya” or carnival with the name “Perya Wurtzbach”.

The place also used the tagline, “happiest place in the world, the universe, rather.”

Pia used that popular phrase during the Miss Universe question and answer portion back in 2015.

It can be recalled that she was asked why she should be the next Miss universe.

The beauty queen from the Philippines answered this:

“To be a Miss Universe is both an honor and responsibility. If I were to be Miss Universe, I will use my voice to influence the youth and I would raise awareness to certain causes like HIV awareness that is timely and relevant to my country which is the Philippines. I want to show the world, the universe rather, that I am confidently beautiful with a heart. Thank you.”

With this, the “Perya” in Bulacan was named after her and tagline came from her equally famous answer.

During the blessing and opening of Empire Studios, Pia Wurtzbach‘s latest venture with her mentor and manager Jonas Gaffud, she was asked if she knows about the “perya”.

Members of the press asked the Pinay beauty, “Nakapunta ka na ba sa happiest place in the world, the universe, rather?”

Pia thought initially that she was being asked about Disneyland which happens to have almost the same tagline as that.

So, Queen P said “yes”.

However, she was told that it is not in Disneyland because it is actually located in Meycauyan, Bulacan.

With that revelation, Pia exhibited a puzzled expression.

Before she could farther react, the members of the press showed her a photo of the carnival with the name “Perya Wurtzbach.

The female celebrity asked if it is really true as she was examining the photo shown to her.

Afterwards, based on the article in PEP, Pia Wurtzbach said “Mapuntahan nga iyan!”
