Pia Wurtzbach becomes the first Filipino to get wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong
Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is the first-ever Filipino who will get a wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong.
On her recent Instagram post, the beauty queen actress shared that she will be residing in HK starting early next year. Actually, it is her wax figure that the visitors will see in the wax museum.
“I have a big announcement! Starting early next year, I’ll be residing in Hong Kong! Well, my wax figure will! So excited to be the first Filipino part of Madame Tussauds! What a birthday treat! Please visit me there. Will be waiting for you!” she said on her post.
It is indeed an exciting milestone to Pia Wurtzbach ‘s life as she is the first Pinoy to have a wax figure in the famous museum.
Based on the article published in GMA Entertainment, the Filipina celebrity said that she could not believe when she was told about it.

She also shared that she had been in the museum and she feels how happy it is to be there.
“Thinking that I’m going to be one of them, I’m very honored, I’m very grateful, and I can’t wait to see it,” she enthused.
For Pia, it is an honor that her wax figure will be standing there along with famous stars such as Taylor Swift, Jackie Chan, and Choi Siwon.
Madame Tussauds also announced on IG that they are welcoming Pia Wurtzbach as their newest addition.

Madame Tussauds first opened in Europe more than two hundred years ago. Since that, it established wax museum in major cities all over the world. The one in Hong Kong is located at Peak Tower in Victoria Peak.
