CAUGHT-ON-CAMERA: Strong Winds Drive Away Man in Cubao
MAN – A man in Cubao was driven away by the strong winds and the camera captured the incident.
Currently, several places around the Philippines are experiencing heavy rains and strong winds. It is due to the passage of Typhoon Mangkhut or locally known as Typhoon Ompong.
Lots of people have evacuated as Mangkhut is reportedly a strong typhoon and it can really bring damages to structures. Local government units have been helping the residents most especially those who are in places that are prone to flood.
Amid the Philippines closely monitoring Typhoon Mangkhut, Cubao experiences heavy rains and strong winds.
Recently, a video of a man being driven away by strong winds in Cubao crossed the social media. It was posted on the Facebook page of GMA News.
Based on the caption, the incident happened around 5:30 in the morning in Cyberpark Tower in Cubao. It could be seen in the video that there were men who helped the victim so the wind could not drive him further.
Russel Ricarte, the owner of the video, reported that the man was not hurt by the incident.
The social media post went viral. As of this writing, it has gathered more than two thousand shares and one hundred forty thousand views. Here are some of the comments on the post:
