Unidentified Person Shot Cebu Mayor Mariano Blanco III
CEBU MAYOR – Ronda Town, Cebu Mayor Mariano Blanco III was shot by an unidentified person on Wednesday morning.
Previously, there was a series of politician deaths. Tanauan City, Batangas Mayor Antonio Halili and General Tinio, Nueva Ecija Mayor Ferdinand Bote were among those who were shot by unidentified persons.
Tawi-Tawi Vice Mayor Al-Rashid Mohammad Ali also died after being shot by an unidentified person in Zamboanga. The family, friends, and constituents of the late politicians want justice for their death.
Recently, another mayor was left dead by an unexpected incident. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Ronda, Cebu Mayor Mariano Blanco III was shot on Wednesday dawn inside the town hall.
According to the report, the Cebu Mayor was hurriedly brought to the hospital but was declared dead at 2:25 in the morning. SPO2 Rafael Alvero expressed that the incident happened at 1:28 a.m.
The people responsible for the incident were yet to be identified. The Cebu Mayor is the uncle of the late Ronda Vice Mayor Jonah John Ungab, the lawyer of Kerwin Espinosa, a self-confessed drug trade involved personality.
