Here’s the story of the youngest daughter of Ogie Diaz.

OGIE DIAZ – The story of the premature youngest daughter of prominent host Ogie Diaz has been revealed and it inspired a lot of people.

It will always be heart-breaking for every parent seeing their child struggling and in pain. They would even take the pain without any hesitation only if they could.

And that is what comedian Ogie Diaz has experienced last year when his youngest daughter, Meerah Khel, was born prematurely.

On Facebook, Diaz has shared his struggle seeing his youngest struggling and fighting for her life as well.

“Kilala nyo ba ang batang ito na ipinanganak nung Feb. 9, 2017? Premature baby, 680 grams lang na nagtagal sa tiyan ng mama niya nang anim na buwan lang,” he initially wrote in a Facebook post.

He further shared that Meerah Khel stayed at the hospital for four months with those apparatus connected to her body to support her.

“Pero ang bata mismo, kapansin-pansin sa araw-araw, hindi sumusuko. Lumalaban, kaya hindi rin sumuko ang mama’t daddy niya at ang mga doktor sa Delgado Hospital, kasama ang dasal ng mga nagmamahal sa kanya.”

Thus, he decided to introduce his daughter to the public, his fifth and his youngest who is now as healthy and glowing as any babies born at the right time.

“Yung araw-araw na paglakas niya? Himala at ginto ang turing ng kanyang mama at daddy,” he wrote.

One comment from the post said, “We love you Meerah! You are truly a miracle baby. Thank God, you are now getting bigger, healthier & stronger. See you soon.”

Also, Ogie has commented that after his post, a lot has personally messaged him about having babies born prematurely as well and commended these babies for fighting to live.
