BINI Sheena Dedicates Coachella Performance To Late Mother, Angelyn

BINI Sheena touches many hearts as she remembers her late mother.

BINI Sheena Catacutan remembers her mother in a post and is dedicating her historical Coachella performance to her.

Ahead of BINI’s much-anticipated debut at Coachella 2026, Sheena took to social media to share a heartfelt message to her mother. She remembered her as her group achieved a historical musical opportunity and expressed her love and longing for her.

In her post, she said, “I hope I’m making you proud, mommy,” as she reflected on reaching a major milestone in her career.

The emotional tribute has resonated with fans, and many were touched when she remembered her mother and honored her during such a significant moment. To recall, Sheena’s mother, Angelyn, passed away in 2020 while she was still training to become part of the group. Unlocking an international achievement has become more meaningful for her.

She shared that this has always been her mother’s dream for her, and she is certain that if only she is alive, she would do anything and everything to watch her perform at the Coachella stage. Her mother has always been her number one fan.

Angelyn was not only a supportive parent but also a strong influence on Sheena’s early love for performing. Fondly called “bebe,” she nurtured her daughter’s talents by enrolling her in singing and dance workshops.

It was also Angelyn who persuaded her to audition for Star Hunt despite her initial doubts—a choice that ultimately paved the way for her breakthrough and eventual spot in BINI.
