Another couple from the Cojuangco Clan allegedly got separated.
COJUANGCO CLAN – Being married for 56 years, Tingting and Peping Cojuangco reportedly got separated as the former left their conjugal home.
The Cojuangco is among the country’s top and wealthy clans in politics. Moreover, they are also one of the most prominent.
Being on top, whatever significant events happening in their life always reached the news headlines. Just like the shocking separation of San Miguel chairman Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco Jr. from his wife Gretchen.
And now, another couple from the clan also had their separate ways and that is former Tarlac congressman Jose “Peping” Cojuangco Jr. and his wife, former Tarlac governor Margarita “Tingting” Cojuangco.

This allegation, based on a report from Money-Go-Round by Victor C. Agustin, was confirmed by the close friends of the couple and it was for good this time.
As per rumors that had surfaced, Tingting accordingly left their conjugal home in Dasmarinas Village and moved to Phoenix subdivision in Pasig where she built her own house many years ago.
The report even wrote, “Tingting herself had earlier puzzled close friends for throwing caution to the wind when she appeared last month in the Baguio Regional Trial Court with her college-era boyfriend, a retired investment banker who never married and has developed a reputation as a ladies’ man.”

Prior to that, Tingting was also spotted visiting the penthouse of her college BFF in Pacific Plaza where her visitations were recorded by the CCTV with corresponding time.
To recall, Tingting who was just 18 years old then married Peping who is 28 years old at that time.
In the Philippine Star, Tingting has shared in an article from 2003, “As a young 18-year-old bride, I was suddenly immersed in the country life of (Hacienda) Luisita in San Miguel, Tarlac, and a terribly lonely one at that.”
Moreover, Peping is reportedly taking the separation “with the equanimity of a man who has seen, and endured, it all.”
