KRIS AQUINO – The “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino has said something about Terrence Romeo following her reaction regarding the FIBA World Cup brawl between Gilas and Boomers.
The controversial FIBA brawl between the Gilas Pilipinas against Australia’s Boomers is indeed making headlines. In a previous article, a lot of stars and athletes have reacted to it.
There also some PBA stars who expressed their opinion about the brawl which led to a massive ejection of players from the game.
And one player from Gilas, Terrence Romeo, has said that he was unapologetic for defending and taking the side of his fellow player and teammate.
Moreover, Gilas players Aguilar, Castro, and Blatche also issued their respective public apology for what has happened during the qualifying match.
Gilas coach Jong Uichico apologized as well.
And recently, among the famous personalities who reacted about the issue is Kris Aquino who took the Instagram to share her reaction to it.
In her post, upon seeing the brawl of Gilas and Boomers being all over the news and reading some critical comments, she “felt compelled to make a stand”.
She even cited a quote that says, “Do not judge. You do not know the storm I have asked her to walk through.”
“The team is suffering enough, and they have given so much effort for our country. Hindi ba natin sila pwedeng damayan at suportahan ngayon na kailangan nilang maramdaman na ang mga Pinoy hindi nang-iiwan ng kapwa Pinoy?”
She even further added, “P.S. kung pipili lang ako ng coach & teammates sa kahit na anong mabigat na trabaho, sa nakita kong #unity & #bayanihan nila- sila ang pagdarasal kong maging kakampi.”
