Vice Ganda Jokes To Leave It’s Showtime Studio and Head to Broadway
VICE GANDA – It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda quipped that Vhong Navarro should be replaced by a host of Eat Bulaga! on the Kapamilya noontime variety show.
Among the mainstays of the ABS-CBN noontime variety show It’s Showtime is actor-comedian Vice Ganda. Based on a report, he works together with Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Amy Perez, Karylle, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, Billy Crawford, and Jugs and Teddy among others in the show.
It’s Showtime airs on television at almost the same time slot that the Kapuso noontime variety show Eat Bulaga! airs on GMA channel. Among the hosts of the Kapuso show are Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Senator Tito Sotto, Allan K, Maine Mendoza, Ruby Rodriguez, Alden Richards, Jose Manalo, and Wally Bayola.
There were several times on It’s Showtime when the names of the Eat Bulaga hosts were mentioned as per a report. Vice Ganda has once described a contestant to be similar to Alden Richards.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Vice Ganda has also mentioned Kapuso comedian Wally Bayola in a recent episode of the Kapamilya show. During a segment of Showtime, Vhong Navarro made a joke which led to the Unkabogable Star quipping to leave the studio and go to Eat Bulaga’s studio.
In the later part, Vice quipped that Wally should take the place of Vhong on Showtime according to the report. Here is a video of the said episode posted by ABS-CBN Entertainment on YouTube.
