The Professional Regulation Commission states that Pharmacist Board Exam Result October 2026 includes the list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.     

PRC Board of Pharmacy headed by Hon. Alicia P. Catabay, Acting Chairperson, and members Hon. Mildred B. Oliveros and Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago administered the board exams on October 15-16, 2026.  

The Pharmacy licensure examinations have been conducted at NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. 

Pharmacist Board Exam Results October 2026 is expected to be released on October 21, 2026, according to PRC Resolution No. 2113 series of 2025, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2025.”            

However, the Pharmacist board examinees should expect that exam results might be released earlier or later than the expected date.

Pharmacist board exam takers are instructed to visit PRC’s official website and go to the verification page to check the board examination results and their passing rate.             

Pharmacy licensure examinees will be asked to provide their application number, full name, date of birth, exam name, and date of examination.                   

To guarantee their attendance, all successful examinees who are interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register at http://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN on the day before the oath-taking.
