Vice Ganda Describes Tawag ng Tanghalan Performer As Alden Richards’ Lookalike
VICE GANDA – Kapamilya television host, actor, and comedian Vice Ganda described a contestant in It’s Showtime as a lookalike of Kapuso star Alden Richards.
The noontime variety shows of the giant networks ABS-CBN and GMA-7 are It’s Showtime and Eat Bulaga respectively. Among the hosts of the former are Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Billy Crawford, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, Amy Perez, and Jugs and Teddy.
Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Senator Tito Sotto, Allan K, Ruby Rodriguez, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Pauleen Luna, Paolo Ballesteros, Maine Mendoza, and Alden Richards are among the TV hosts of Eat Bulaga based on a report.
Recently, It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda mentioned the name of Kapuso actor Alden Richards during a segment of the Kapamilya show.
Based on a recent report in Pep, Vice Ganda described one of the contestants of the Tawag ng Tanghalan as a lookalike of Alden Richards. The said performer is Reggie Tortugo from Visayas. He sang Bruno Mars’ “Locked Out of Heaven”.
According to the report, Vice, together with his co-host Vhong Navarro, interviewed the Showtime contestant after his performance and teased him for having very little movements.
Reggie then was obliged to sing again and the comedians gave him instructions on how to loosen up as he performs on the stage. When asked by Vhong if he is feeling shy, the performer admitted that he slightly does.
“Sana hindi ka sumali,” Vice jokingly said.
Based on the report, Vice Ganda then, referring to Reggie, expressed that he is cute and he looks like Alden Richards.
“Cute ka pa man din. Meron kang Alden na itsura,” the actor-comedian said.
