MalacaƱang Palace has declared June 6, 9 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 21, 2018 as special non-working holidays in celebration of particular events.

Proclamation Nos. 494 to 505 series of 2018Ā declared the following dates mentioned above at selected areas in the country as non-working days.

Palace said that the mentioned dates have been declared as special holidays in celebration of important events in the country.

  • June 6 – The Province of Zamboanga del Norte celebrates its 66th Founding Anniversary. (Proclamation No. 497)
  • June 9 ā€“ The Municipality of Rosario, Batangas celebrates its Founding Anniversary. (Proclamation No. 498)
  • June 11

–Ā The Province of RizalĀ celebrates its 117th Founding Anniversary. (Proclamation No. 502)

– TheĀ City of Sagay, Province of Negros Occidental celebrates its 22nd Charter Anniversary. (Proclamation No. 501)

  • June 12 ā€“ the entire country celebrates the Independence Day. (Regular Holiday)
  • June 15

– The country will celebrate ā€œEid’l Fitrā€ but the date is yet to be confirmed. (Regular Holiday)

– TheĀ City of Angeles, PampangaĀ commemorates theĀ ruinous eruption of Mount Pinatubo. (Proclamation No. 500)

– The Municipality of Alegria, Province of Surigao del Norte celebrates its 50th Founding Anniversary. (Proclamation No. 494)

The Municipality of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur celebrates its 70th Founding Anniversary. (Proclamation No. 499)

  1. Nakakaawa naman mga workers na no work no pay. Di bale kung lagi Silang may skeleton force o special request works. Bigyan sala sila ng importunate. Alam naman nating masmaliit lang sweldo nila tapos di pa sila regular sa trabaho.
