Netizens Express Concern For Young Street Kid Allegedly Abandoned By Parents
Many netizens have expressed their concern for a young street kid dubbed as “Tisoy” who was allegedly abandoned by his parents.
Nowadays, we can usually see lot of young kids wandering the streets asking for alms or money just to buy something to eat.
Many street kids ended up in asking alms after running away from home or abandoned by their own family.
Recently, the Facebook page “OFW Kalingawan” has uploaded the video clip showing a young street kid dubbed as “Tisoy” wandering the streets of Clark Pampanga.
In the video, it can be seen that the young boy could not directly answer the questions asked by the man who was taking the video.
The street kid could not even properly gave his full name and do not have a family taking care of him.
