BAR EXAM – The Supreme Court finally announced the expected release date of the full results including the passers and top notchers of the November 2017 Bar Exam.

The bar exams for the aspiring lawyers was held on all Sundays of November, specifically, November 5, 12, 19 and 26 of the previous year.

According to a previous report, the four-day exam covers eight different subjects — Political Law, Labor Law, Civil Law, Taxation, Mercantile Law, Criminal Law, Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics.

The bar exam is the examination which is not handled by PRC and is just exclusively under the supervision of the Supreme Court.

Thus, according to a report from the Inquirer, the Supreme Court finally announced the expected date to finally release the full and official result of the November 2017 bar exam.

To officially announce the result will be the 2017 Bar Exams Committee Chair Justice Lucas P. Bersamin according to SC Information Chief Atty. Theodore Te.

And the expected date for the releasing of the results will be on April 26, based on the report.

The names of the successful examinees will be shown on screen at the SC quadrangle and will also be posted on the SC website.

The Supreme Court had allowed 7, 227 law graduates to take the exams despite 6, 750 who have only managed to complete the four Sundays of examinations.

This accordingly the “most grueling and difficult licensure examinations in the country.”

The exam was facilitated by the high court’s committee on the 2017 Bar exams chaired by Associate Justice  Lucas Bersamin.
