It’s Showtime Hosts Mention AlDub On Kapamilya Show’s Episodes

SHOWTIME – The hosts of the ABS-CBN noontime variety show It’s Showtime mentioned Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza during the two episodes of the Kapamilya show.

The It’s Showtime and the Eat Bulaga are the noontime variety shows of the ABS-CBN and the GMA-7 networks respectively. Among the hosts of the former are Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Billy Crawford, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, Jugs and Teddy, Karylle, and Amy Perez.

Kapuso television hosts Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Senator Tito Sotto, Allan K, Paolo Ballesteros, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Ruby Rodriguez, and the phenomenal loveteam Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza are among the hosts of the Eat Bulaga.

Based on a report, it was in a segment of the Eat Bulaga wherein Alden and Maine were given one of their biggest breaks in the Philippine entertainment industry. Their fans and supporters collectively call the two young celebrities ‘AlDub’.

Last year, the loveteam of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza was on the rocks after the open letter controversy. Meanwhile, their fans and supporters showered them with love and support and a GMA executive clarified that the two celebrities are friends and they are supportive of each other.

Currently, Alden and Maine are working together in the Kapuso network’s noontime variety show.

Based on a recent report in Pep, recently, the AlDub was mentioned by the It’s Showtime hosts during two episodes of the Kapamilya show.

According to the report, in their ‘Taga Saan Ka’ segment, Billy Crawford and Vhong Navarro looked for the contestants for the said segment and the former found a girl whose name is Maine.

“Eksakto, Kuys! May bumisita sa atin, si Maine!” he saidl.

It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda then welcomed Maine in the show. Karylle also expressed that it is Maine’s first time in the show and Billy welcomed her.

“O, kamustahin mo naman si Alden,” Vhong expressed.

On another episode, in the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” segment, Vice Ganda was lamenting about his love life and Vhong Navarro expressed his belief that there is the right time for the man of his dreams.

“Tamang panahon, parang AlDub lang?” Vice reacted based on the report.
