Chinese New Year is definitely one of the most important events in China.
And this year, Chinese New Year begins on February 16 marking the beginning the Year of the Dog.
Each new year was marked by the characteristics of one of the 12 zodiac animals: the rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog and pig.

And one of the most significant parts of this celebration is the feasting.
Based on a Feng Shui master, here are the top 5 lucky foods to prepare in welcoming the Year of the Dog:

But Chua explained, “Maganda rin siyang ihain.
It symbolizes prosperity and madadala ka sa pampaswuerte.”
