Latest Weather Update On Bagyong Tino Released By Weather Bureau Pagasa
The state weather bureau Pagasa has released the latest weather update regarding Bagyong Tino as of Saturday (November 18, 2017).
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has released the latest report about the tropical depression Tino, which is already moving away from the West Philippine Sea.
Around 3 am on Saturday, Bagyong Tino was spotted 305 kilometers West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.6N, 116.1E).
Tino, which has maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and could gusts up to 90 kph was expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) today.
On Friday (November 17, 2017), the weather disturbance has made a landfall over Palawan, which brings a heavy rainfall in the area and affects the Northern Luzon, according to Pagasa.
The weather agency also said that Metro Manila could experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains.
Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Northern Samar, and nearby areas could be affected by thunderstorms.
However, the weather bureau did not raise gale warning in any part of the Philippines.
