Unidentified Men Wearing Hoods Steal P20M Worth Of iPhone X

A group of unidentified men wearing hooded jackets steals P20 million worth of the latest Apple’s iPhone X in broad daylight.

On November 04, 2017 (PH-Time), the Apple Company has officially released their latest smartphone “iPhone X” or iPhone 10 in the global market after accepting pre-order last October 27, 2017.

Unfortunately, unidentified men wearing hooded jackets breached and ransacked a UPS delivery truck containing over 300 units of iPhone X and different accessories amounting $370, 000 or about P20, 350, 000.

The robbing incident happened around 11 am to 11:30 am near an Apple Store in San Francisco. The authorities were still conducting an investigation into this incident to identify the suspects.

iPhone X is now available in 50 countries all around the world, but the Philippines was not yet included in those nations this year because of the overwhelming demand.

The Apple’s latest smartphone is amounting $999 in the United States, however, its price in the Philippines was still to be announced.

However, sells from the grey market could bring iPhone X in the Philippines before Christmas for P80, 000 to P90, 000 per unit, which is almost doubled as the price of Apple US and UK.
