RATINGS – The AGB Nielsen and the Kantar Media-TNS disclose the nationwide tv ratings of My Ex and Whys and Atom Araullo’s Philippine Seas aired on Sunday, November 5.

Last Sunday, aired in the same time slot is the blockbuster movie My Ex and Whys in the Kapamilya network and the first documentary show of Atom Araullo with his new network, the GMA.

My Ex and Whys is a film top-billed by one of the hottest love teams of the Philippine television, the LizQuen, a name obtained from Kapamilya artists Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.

The said film is a romantic comedy-drama movie directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.

This movie had been released on February 15, 2017, to commercial and critical success, grossing over ₱400 million worldwide.

This is Molina’s highest grossing non-sequel film and the highest-grossing film to be starred by Soberano and Gil to date and is currently holding the record for being the highest-grossing Philippine film of 2017.

Meanwhile, the Philippine Seas which was mainly reported by the former Kapamilya journalist and now a Kapuso reporter Atom Araullo.

The documentary show is the first-ever project of Araullo with the GMA Public Affairs.

The documentary program showcases the utmost wonders and threats as well of the seas of the Philippines.

And now, aired on the same time slot, the comparison and the rivalry between the two different media companies, could not be helped.
