Atom Araullo Leaves ABS-CBN To Transfer On GMA Network?

Atom Araullo is allegedly transferring to GMA network.

ATOM ARAULLO – The journalist Atom Araullo just recently confirmed of leaving the ABS-CBN because he is allegedly transferring to the Kapuso network.

For more than 10 years in the said field, Atom Araullo announced of leaving the network who honed him to be the journalist he is right now.

According to a previous report, the newscaster Atom Araullo has just confirmed that he will quit his job and has cut off all his commitment in the Kapamilya network.

He reasoned out, “Marami pa kasi akong planong gawin, gustong subukan, kailangan mag-focus pero siyempre ganon pa rin naman ‘yung trabaho natin sa mundo ng journalism pero ang dami rin kasing opportunities ang nagbubukas nitong mga nakaraang buwan dahil na rin sa mga nagawa natin dito sa UKG. Alam niyo naman ang interes ko halo-halo rin ‘yan napasok na tayo sa larangan ng film-making, ‘yung Citizen Jake, mahilig rin akong kumuha ng litrato. So marami, marami akong susubukan.”

He announced it on the Kapamilya network’s morning show, Umagang Kay Ganda to where he is one of the hosts.

And according to a report from the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), he is rumored to transfer on the GMA network.

There were speculations that in the past episode of Mike Enriquez and Arnold Clavio, they have welcomed the journalist on their radio show.

However, Atom is still not releasing any statement over the allegations.

The network itself as well expressed their official statement over the reporter’s leaving.

Their statement partly said, “ABS-CBN has allowed the journalist Atom Araullo to explore new interests in film, broadcast, and digital media outside of the company.”

The network wishes the best for the reporter and that he would always remain a Kapamilya.
