SHARON CUNETA – The megastar and a veteran actress Sharon Cuneta responds to a netizen who had a misconception on her posts about Robin Padilla.
On the official Facebook page of Sharon is where she recently shared that she and former love team Robin Padilla will be having a new movie together.
The megastar’s post includes a photo of her and Robin with a written caption that says, “SHARON & ROBIN Coming back to you on the big screen in NOVEMBER 2017!!!”
A lot of her followers and supporters expressed their excitement for the comeback movie of their love team.
However, there is one comment from a netizen which caught the attention of the megastar.
The comment says, “O ayan . Ito yung reason dun sa last post ni Sharon about Robin. Now you know she’s hinting about it and checking our reactions.”
And Sharon’s response to it indicated, “Sorry — you are totally wrong about my reason for my post to and about Robin. And no, I wasn’t “checking your reactions” to the return of our on-screen team-up. Even if I were that kind of person, I would’ve done it sooner if “checking” was all that my post was meant to do. It hurts when people like you are so used to showbiz people being so, well, “showbiz” (though I can’t blame you; I don’t trust many people in this business myself) that a sincere, wholesome, from-the-heart letter of appreciation and love for one of my best friends in the world is given such negative meaning by those like you. This movie has been ready for months now–waiting to start shooting this month — because our director is still working in another movie and I just wrapped up another season of “The Voice.” Please be careful with your words next time. I cannot fathom how easy it is for people to judge innocent and pure intentions. Anyway — this is for all Sharon & Robin fans all over the world! I cannot be happier about this project! Love you all and God bless you!”
Nevertheless, it seems like it all just mere misconception.

The netizen replied to Sharon Cuneta apologizing and explaining that she meant no harm with what she said.
The netizen’s response is, “sorry Ate shawie if i made you feel that way… It’s not my intention to make it sound negative or bad. Maybe yes I made the wrong choice of words. I don’t intend to say that you are being showbiz about it. But I was also thinking that maybe it was one way to see how your fans would feel including me to be paired again with Robin ( it’s because that post was also taken negatively where some said you have been insensitive ). Though now I learned (the hard way) that I should really just take everything you say as it is. Because that is all that it really is. That it is what your heart really wants to say. I’m really deeply sorry… I’m literally crying while writing this. I don’t mean to hurt you or offend you. I love you as you are. Please accept my sincere apology.”
