Typhoon Hato Killed About 10 People In China

The devastating typhoon Hato leaves 10 people dead after battering skyscrapers and flooding the streets in Hong Kong, China.

On Wednesday (August 23, 2017), typhoon Hato causes severe destruction along its path. The typhoon was raised to Signal No. 10 due to its powerful wind, which is only the third storm pounded the financial hub for the past 20 years.

The powerful storm brought flying debris, smashed skyscraper windows, scaffoldings, and tear down trees, which prompted Hong Kong flag carrier Cathay Pacific axing to cancel more than 400 flights.
