The video of an abusive teacher who slaps her elementary student in Tuguegarao City goes viral after it was posted in the social media.
Teachers or known as educators are the people who help their student to acquire knowledge and values. They were also tasked to guide and take care of their students inside the school premises aside from teaching,
Educators also serve as the second parents of the students in school. They have also the authority to discipline their students in a proper way but abusing their power as teachers are punishable by law and have corresponding sanctions and penalties.
Recently, the Facebook page “All about the Philippines” has uploaded a video of an elementary school teacher in Tuguegarao City who abused her authority by slapping one of her students. The video footage is now making rounds online.
In the video, it can be seen that a pregnant teacher was moving around the classroom and angrily instructing her elementary students of how they will properly perform their seatwork. The teacher seems so irritable speaking to the children.
A concerned netizen has taken the initiative to video record the actions of the school teacher who was making too much noise towards her students at Namabbalan Elementary School in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

After a few moments, the teacher suddenly slapped one of her students, which was heard across the entire room.
The video immediately goes viral after it was posted in the social media last Thursday (August 17, 2017). It has already garnered over 6.7 million views, 26k reactions, 20k shares, and 16k comments as of this post.
The netizens in the social media have expressed their disappointment towards the abusive teacher who slapped her student, which is not appropriate for her actions as an educator.
