Here is the reaction of the people of Ozamiz City after the bloody raid of Parojinogs.
Viral photos have recently shaken the internet where the people of Ozamiz City was captured marching the streets clad in white holding balloons and cloth containing their reaction over the bloody raid of the PNP to the Parojinogs.
The photographs captured from The Asian Policy showcases and depict the people of Ozamiz, all clad in white holding cloth and balloons to which the following statement below was written:
Justice has been served.
Free Ozamiz.
We [heart] PNP Ozamiz.
Now we live safe.
Justice has been served. We are safe!
It seems like the people were in some sort of ‘celebration’ of their freedom from the Parojinogs, which reported to be one of the ‘narco-politicians’of the country.
Early Sunday, July 30, was the day to which the Philippine National Police marked the bloody and the devastating raid in the Parojinogs.
The raid claimed the lives of the Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog and 14 others which include the lives of wife Susan and two siblings Octavio Jr. and Mona.
Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog and her brother Reynaldo “Dodo” Parojinog Jr. got arrested by the authorities and was brought to the Manila for inquest proceedings.
Reportedly, objects that were disclosed during the raid include firearms, grenades, packets of sh*bu, and bundles of cold cash.
People of the online community who saw the report left their reactions.
One comment from a netizen told, “So case closed wala ng dapat imbestigahan dahil totoo pala talaga untouchables ang mga Parojinogs. More to go sana malinis na ang Pilipinas sa mga ganyan hari harian na puro naman illegal ang ginagawa. Mabuhay and Congrats sa Ozamis sana ganun din ang mga susunod na probinsya.”
