ABS-CBN finally release a statement with regards to the charges that Noven Belleza is currently facing.
NOVEN BELLEZA – Media network company ABS-CBN released statement towards the current charges that singer Noven Belleza is facing as he was being accused of.
Noven Belleza is the singing champ of the “Tawag ng Tanghalan sa Showtime”, a competition for the amateur singers. He is from Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Out of the six contenders coming from the different parts of the Philippines, he bested them all out and was hailed as the grand champion along with his performance of the songs of Air Supply.

According to the news report of The Philippine Star, the network said that the singer was able to pay the amount for his temporary release awaiting his trial that will be held at the Regional Trial Court of Cebu City.
The network has stated, “Noven asserts that he did not commit the crime charged and he will prove his innocence in the course of the legal proceedings.”
According to the previous report, the singer was arrested on Sunday, July 16, because of the filed case against him but then RTC of the Cebu City lowered it to sexual assault.

One comment stated, “Feeling ko lang ha, si girl nag flirt kay noven kaya nakarating pa sya sa condo unit kahit di naman dapat na. maaaring natukso si noven at nadala pero natauhan at di itinuloy. ngayon si girl napahiya kaya iniba ang istorya. babae rin ako at sa ganitong kaso lalo at walang matibay na ebidensya kaya nga ibinaba sa SA ang charge. i wish them both na maging maayos at lumabas ang totoo.”
