A testimony has come out about alleged details and Noven Belleza and the mysterious girl case.
NOVEN BELLEZA – First ever ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ winner Noven Belleza was nabbed in Cebu City after being accused of maliciously harassing a 19-year-old lady.
As per the alleged details based upon the testimony that has been collected by the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep) from a certain Rosa Rethy, who happens to be the niece of the boyfriend of the victim.
Being mentioned on the report, an inquest proceeding with regards to the complaint against Belleza was not pushed through because something happened to him while inside the jails of the Mabolo Police Station in Cebu City.
TNT champ was arrested because he allegedly sexually assaulted a 19-year-old lady.

With regards to the case, a certain Rosa Rethy surfaced and posted on Facebook “the truth behind the case of Noven Belleza as she has decided to reveal it for she cannot stand the negative comments being thrown at the “victim”, whose identity is still a mystery.
On July 18, Pep was able to talk to Rosa Rethy through a long distance call in order to have some clarifications on her post.
As per the statement, the victim and her boyfriend were also able to join TNT on 2016 and that is where they met.
Rethy even described to be well-mannered and a gentleman to Ana and so they got along and became friends.
Since Noven is a guest of Vice Ganda’s Pusuan Mo Si Vice Ganda Sa Cebu concert when he arrived at the place he remembered “Ana” (not the real name of the victim) and asked her to stroll him around the place.
Rosa then narrated according to what her Uncle, the boyfriend of the victim, had told her.
“Nung sinabi ni Noven na uuwi na siya, naisip ni Ate Ana na ayaw niya pong pabayaan, na uuwi mag-isa. Siyempre po, kakapanalo lang ni Kuya Noven, sikat po siya at kilala na po siya bilang champion ng ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan,’ puwede po siyang mapahamak. Baka holdapin po siya, peperahan, o ililigaw ng driver, di po ba? Ayun nga po… nagmagandang-loob po talaga si Ate Ana at sinabi niyang, ‘Ihahatid ka na namin.’ Tapos nung hinatid na nila si Noven, walking distance lang po kasi yung 7/11 sa condo,” she told.
As they reached the place, Ana’s stomach rumbled and so she asked to use the bathroom.
Continuation, “Hindi naman po siya nag-alala kasi nandun naman daw yung manager ni Kuya Noven. Pati yung iba po niyang kasamahan, nandun po sa condo unit. Nung lumabas na daw po siya ng CR, dun na daw po… Nagtaka po siya kung bakit wala nang tao sa loob [ng condo unit]. Tapos ano po, nung nagtangka na po siyang lumabas, hindi na po siya pinapalabas ni Kuya Noven. Tapos, parang sinasabi ni Kuya Noven na, ‘Hindi ka makakauwi pag hindi mo gawin yung gusto kong mangyari.’ Parang ganun po. Tapos dun na po siyang sinimulang molestiyahin ni Kuya Noven. Kung makita niyo si Ate Ana ngayon, ang dami po niyang pasa at kagat sa dibdib niya. Bale ginahasa po talaga siya, pero gamit lang po yung daliri lamang po. “In the middle of the ano po… aabot po ata ng one hour yung pagmomolestiya po, parang ano po, parang bigla po siyang [Noven] natauhan. Tapos nung bigla po siyang natauhan, tapos tumigil na po siya at nag-sorry. Kaya agad na agad tumayo si Ate at lumabas po ng condo. Hinahabol pa nga po siya ni Kuya Noven po sa labas, e, sa lobby ng condo, at sorry po nang sorry si Kuya Noven sa kanya.”
Ana did not immediately inform her parents about the incident but then she eventually did and that is when they have decided to file a complaint.
Upon arresting the singer, Rethy said that he did not fight back.
Then, the day after that, a producer from TNT went to Cebu to have an amicable settlement through money but the parents did not agree to it.
As of now, the case is still unresolved and the party of the singer have not yet released any statement.
